Straightening your "bent" legs

Does your dance teacher or coach constantly yell at you to straighten your legs, but you swear they are as straight as they can be? Well, you might be right- you might have hypoextended legs.

Hyperextended: Hyper- too much (over)
Hypoextended: Hypo- not enough (under)

However, this is NOT an excuse for dancing with visually bent knees. You can improve the ability of your legs to fully straighten using these workouts.
