Posture: Pull up, in and down (at the same time)




  • Placement: ear-shoulder-hip-knee-ankle are in one straight line.

  • Feet- tripod of weight

  • Close your ribcage and your shoulder blades. Breath sideways through ribs.

  • Pull your weigh all the way up and through the tip of your head- all while your shoulders press down.
